By using our website, submitting a listing, or using our buyer or agent offer portal, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1 Information We Collect
We collect personal data necessary to provide flat-fee MLS listing services and operate our offer submission portal, in compliance with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act, and applicable federal consumer protection laws. This includes:
- Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other contact details provided when you register, submit a listing, or contact us.
- Property & Listing Information: Property address, description, photos, list price, showing instructions, and other details submitted for your MLS listing.
- Offer Submission Data (when portal is live): Information submitted through our buyer and agent offer portal, including buyer contact details, offer terms, and — for licensed agents — TREC license number and brokerage affiliation.
- Landlord & Tenant Data: For rental listings, information about the property, lease terms, landlord contact details, and tenant inquiries submitted through our platform.
- Payment Information: Flat-fee payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store, view, or have access to your full card number or billing details. Only transaction confirmation data is retained by us.
- Financial Details: Data relevant to the transaction, such as proof of funds or lender letters submitted as part of an offer.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, referring site, device identifiers, and cookie data collected automatically when you visit our website.
Information may also be received from NTREIS (the DFW MLS), syndication partners such as Zillow, Realtor.com, or Redfin, or from trusted service providers solely to fulfill your listing or transaction request.
2 How We Use Your Information
- Publish and manage your MLS listing on NTREIS and syndicate it to Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and 100+ partner sites.
- Operate and maintain our buyer and agent offer submission portal, and deliver offer notifications to sellers (when portal is live).
- Facilitate real estate and rental transactions and provide brokerage services as required by TREC.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule showings, and deliver listing updates or status changes.
- Process flat-fee payments securely via Stripe and issue transaction confirmations.
- Send property alerts, platform updates, or marketing messages — only with your consent.
- Ensure compliance with TREC regulations, Texas Real Estate Licensing Act, and applicable law.
- Prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of our platform or data.
We never sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
3 Information Sharing and Disclosure
We share your information only when necessary for legitimate business purposes or as required by law, including with:
- MLS & Syndication Partners: Your listing data (property details, photos, price) is published to NTREIS and automatically distributed to Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homes.com, and other real estate websites as part of the service you purchased.
- Stripe, Inc.: Our payment processor. Stripe receives the payment data necessary to complete your transaction. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of that data.
- Service Providers: Title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, showing-service vendors, and contractors involved in your transaction.
- Legal or Regulatory Entities: As required by TREC, court order, subpoena, or other lawful legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, in which case your data will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
All third parties are required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection standards.
SMS Consent and Data Sharing: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
